Denis: Hi, thank you. Great to be here.

Pat: How are you doing today?

Denis: Doing great, how about you? Saw the AMA you had today, it was very cool.

Please introduce yourself, your background and how you got into crypto. 💪🏼

Denis: Sure,
My name is Denis, I’m Chief Business Development Officer at Alium.finance
Born in Russia, educated in Scotland.
Got into crypto in 2018, started my crypto journey from selling mining equipment imported from Bitmain. Last year moved to DeFi sphere in July.

Pat: Quite an interesting entry to crypto haha. Please tell us what AliumSwap is. 🙂

Denis: It was, right in the beginning of the Crypto Winter, too.

Pat: Glad you’re still here. 😁

Denis: Alium Swap is a Decentralized Exchange with Multi Blockchain option and NFTs
Alium Swap is the first project in the Alium Finance DeFi ecosystem
Right now we have 2 Blockchains ready, with 5 more coming soon.
Our Core runs on Binance Smart Chain, with Huobi EcoChain available already.

Pat: Interesting start. Not on Ethereum. What made you guys decide that?

Denis: We are planning to integrate Ethereum in the future, alongside Near Matic Avalanche and OKExChain
But we decided to start with something faster with lower commissions
Right now there are tons of great and exciting DeFi projects being released on BSC and we wanted to provide a bridge for them into other Blockchains.

Pat: Great choice. 👍🏼 Can you explain more on AliumSwap’s features. What are all the things a user can do when using the platform?

Denis: We are providing a user friendly one-interface solution for single chain and cross-chain trading.
DeFi is very dynamic and sometimes you need a safe and fast way to switch to a different blockchain .
We are giving users this ability to trade cross chain without the need to use Centralized exchanges in the process. We also have multiple cool features coming, such as Smart Farming, Stacking, etc.

Pat: Nice! NFT is kind of hyped right now. Would there be a feature related to that?

Denis: We have multiple features related to NFTs

First of all – NFT farming, it’s a great feature we already pioneered with our Private Sale mechanic and will use during our Initial NFT offering in May.

Secondly, our next major ecosystem project on the list is a Multi-Chain NFT Marketplace with a ton of new and exciting features like easy onboarding, customization and cross-chain NFT migration.

Pat: WOOW! 🔥 Speaking of offerings, are you having an IDO now or anytime soon?

Denis: Yes, we are planning to have multiple IDOs on different platforms in the beginning of May
We are currently in talks with 4 big platforms and we will probably have 4 IDOs one after the other starting on 10th of May. With the Initial NFT offering on our platform right after.

Pat: Whoa! That’s huge! After the IDO’s AliumSwap would then be live?

Denis: AliumSwap is already live )
You can already trade on BSC and HECO blockchains at Alium.finance
Our token ALM will be live after the IDOs though.

Pat: Got it. 🙂 What other utilties does ALM have?

Denis: ALM will be core of our ecosystem and have a great deal of utility
Staking, Farming and other cool features I can’t disclose yet.

Pat: Now I’m very intrigued. When will the details be revealed?

Denis: We will be releasing some Major News in May, right before the IDOs.

Pat: Guess we’ll have to watch out for that, folks! Tell me about the team. How big is it right now? and where are you guys located at?

Denis: Sure, our team is still pretty small, since we only started a few months ago
But we have a great selection of Professionals working for us

We are mostly based in CIS and European countries, Russia, Estonia, Ukraine, but we are actively expanding our team to Asia, Middle East and Americas through our growing network of Investors and Partners.

Pat: World gets even smaller in crypto, right? I think our community is itching to ask you their questions, shall we?

Denis: Yeah. Sure, would love to answer.

Q: Now maximum platform focus on about the low gas rates and the speed but regarding security, how safe and reliable will it be to use #AliumSwap and its layer2?

Denis: We are putting extra measures into our security
Every contract we release is audited by the top Firm in the Smart Contract Audit industry
For example our Private Sale contracts were audited by Chainsulting, who were the auditor for 1inch projects.

Q: Your platform support BSC & HUOBI ECO chain… I’m surprised why not ETHEREUM [ERC20]? Because its most popular.. In the future have you plan to add more network in your platform?

Denis: We are planning to integrate Ethereum in the future, alongside Near, Matic, Avalanche, OKExChain and other Chains.

Q: What innovations has Alium brought to the DEFI space? How is Alium changing the new DeFi ecosystem and what are the plans for the next few years?

Denis: What we are bringing to the DeFi market is a safe, user friendly seamless bridge between the DeFi ecosystems
Our core mission is to link the Decentralized communities of the different Blockchains and allow users to experience DeFi products without a need to jump between the platforms.

Q: How is AliumSwap managing to allow any user to safely trade assets and quickly transfer them between different blockchains. i understand that AliumSwap is planning to creates a complete ecosystem of DeFi products that meets broad customer demands. But how will you manage to do so?

Denis: We have a vast expertise in DeFi and a strong development team
One of our founders is an ex-CEO of SpaceSwap and has a great deal of knowledge about creating a DeFi ecosystem from scratch.

Q: Community is the key to the success of projects, so besides organizing AMA, what strategy does Your project have to reach out and exploit new investors?

Denis: We have a vast network of Investors and Partners in the field with help us with the Marketing efforts
We developed a massive plan for a marketing campaign in different regions, which includes publications in the Major Crypto Media like Cointelegraph and Social media campaigns
In addition, our Strategic Partners list includes top influencers such as Boxmining and MoonCarl

Q: The platforms that develop with AMM a point of weakness is that each time they have to innovate their characteristics for low rates, less slides and better liquidity for DeFi users, my question is what are the advantages you offer that could be a big, strong competition against Uniswap and PancakeSwap?

Denis: Our Key advantage is the bridge to other networks and high adaptability
We are planning to run 7 blockchains in 2021 with more coming soon,
By facilitating the seamless switch to all the new and promising networks we allow our users to always stay in the relevant field of the Market without the need to switch platforms the way it happened with Uni Swap and Pancake Swap

Q: For a DEXes, Liquidity issue is the major problem compared to centralized ones. How does ALIUM can solve liquidity problem and create the liquidity for DEXes which is different from CEXes? Are all assets on ALIUM insured and SAFU?

Denis: As for liquidity – we have an Audited and Safe Liquidity Migration solution developed.
It will soon be released.

Q: On which types of Industries & user base AliumSwap project is mainly focusing on? Do you plan to establish partnerships with local cryptocurrency developers in each country to make the use of AliumSwap more global?

Denis: We are currently focusing of DeFi Trading, Staking and Farming and NFTs
Our plan is let users globally to enjoy the multitude of options on our platform through a single interface

The number of DeFi and NFT users is growing globally, but they constantly face challenges like rising commissions, safety issues, decrease in network speed
We are offering a safe solution which lets you choose the network you want to explore the world of DeFi and work around these issues

We are also expanding our local communities through our Partnerships
We already have English, Russian, Japanese and Vietnamese communities with more to follow.

Pat: Okay! Wow very thorough answers. Thank you so much. Is your upcoming IDO still open to participate in?

Denis: Yeah, the IDOs are still open to participate in, but the terms will depend on the rules of the individual platform
The Initial NFT offering is still open too – in order to participate you’ll need to fill in the Whitelist form in our community.
